Here is ours in full: styled photography studios at Story + Space in Nottingham run from £70 per hour including VAT for Cover Story, our lifestyle content studio, through £90/hr for The Loft, the natural-light room, to £100/hr for The Bowery, the only vintage boxing gym studio in the Midlands. Basic lighting and technical support are included in every rate; you bring your own camera, or add equipment hire.
Around the UK, photography studio hire commonly ranges from about £25 an hour for a bare white-wall space to £150+ for large styled stages in London. The spread comes down to what is actually in the room: a blank studio means you bring or hire everything, while a styled set with furniture, backdrops and lighting included means you walk in and shoot. When you compare prices, compare what a finished image costs, not what an empty room costs.

Because the set is the product. A bare room at £30/hr becomes £100+ once you hire backdrops, props and set dressing, and spend an hour arranging it. A styled set means every hour you pay for is an hour you shoot.
